Funtracker.site opened it's virtual Internet doors on Aug 26 2016 at 9:00am BKK time for it's grand opening to a new on-line banking service stellar.org anchor.

**Funtracker.site Bank is a group of stellar.org anchors, a franchise that deals and distributes in THB, USD, BTC, ETH, XLM and soon many other assets all over the world.  The assets distributed in the franchise are backed by multi signature locked crypto assets that provides insurance in the event of sectional failures.**
 
We are not like most other online banking services in that you chat with real human tellers and managers on our secure site chat room (can login with Google Oauth no sign up needed). Just enter the room https://chat.funtracker.site/channel/bank to enter the Funtracker.site Bank lobby and ask a question of what you want to know or what type of service you are looking for. After your enter your question you will be put into the queue to be PM (private messaged) if needed by an admin manager or teller that will collect any needed personal security info from you if needed. If your question requires no security we will answer the question in the lobby for all members to see.

Please do not present any of your personal security information in the lobby. All questions that require security will be dealt with in a private room with an admin agent.

Note we are like any other real brick and mortar service in the sense we also have on-line live teller hours of from 9:00am - 4:30pm BKK time for our live teller presence is also due to the banks that we deal with directly to perform some of your transactions.

• **Fee for a Deposits:** into any asset of Funtracker.site Bank via any channel including paypal.com (in USD THB only), BTC (bitcoin) transfer, XLM (Lumens) transfer exchange, direct deposit to our Thailand bank account (THB only) or Cash direct to field agents:  No charge for any method of deposits.  We can issue you a stellar.org net account for you with a link to your wallet or you can provide us with a stellar.org accountID you already have a key for with the needed trustlines already added.

• **Fee for a Withdraws:** through the Funtracker.site Bank gateway with direct transfer to any bank in Thailand (THB only) is from 40 - 220 Baht per transaction, for detailed fee's and times to transact see [[Withdraw fee details]].

• **Fee for Trading:** a funtracker.site issued asset for any other asset on the stellar network with the https://www.funtracker.site/stellarterm/ : all trade transactions on the stellar network are free (no charge from the bank)

• **Fee Funtracker.site Assisted Trades:** for setting up a trade between stellar assets for you at: https://chat.funtracker.site/channel/bank : We charge a 1% of investment total with minimum charge per transaction of 40 THB (Thailand Baht currency that is about $1.32USD) fee for setting up trades of assets for customers on the stellar.org network. We urge customers to use the online trade services that are free of charge at: https://www.funtracker.site/stellarterm/.

• **Fee for Trust Signing:** for trusted https://stellar.org network signer for a multi signature transaction middle man escrow signer or other: We have a minimal charge of 40 baht (about $1.32USD at time of writing) for example as signers for simple mail order escrows that are proven to us with mail tracking delivery evidence and photo evidence of the condition of merchandise on delivery.  In complex contracts requiring time to analyze and in the event of failure of the complex contract we will expect more depending on the contract. • **Fees Charged by Micro Branches:** for cash withdraw and currency exchange. These fees are dependent on the Micro Branch location. Each Micro Branch sets it's own prices on each asset and service, so can vary by any amount due to supply and demand in that geo location. As the customer you are urged to check all the micro branches on the https://www.funtracker.site/map.html (see map icon pop up info) near you to find a competitive price near you on the asset you are interested in.

• **Loan % Rates:** At this time we normally only provide issued asset loans to other partnering banks and other professional financial services at rates that range from 0% to 10+% depending on our assessment of risk. For start up franchise banks or services, we can start very small loans at 0% interest for a window of time as a test of trust.  Our average short term inter-bank loan rate is 4.0% per year.  If you have something other than a bank or money service that requires a loan we might make exceptions so come chat with us in any case.  We do have plans in the near future to setup micro loans to almost anyone anywhere in the world so stay tuned.

• ** Insurance Services:** We provide consulting on setup of insurance backed contracts that can utilize proven locked assets in Bitcoin multi-signature accounts or in any other locked Stellar.org asset XLM, USD, THB or any other on any issuer as backing. Funtracker.site can become the primary intermediary or just a single signer of many in such contracts.  Contracts can be of any nature including trusts, options, futures, loans or anything else.  Use your imagination.  Fees for consulting on insurance contracts is solely dependent on the complexity of the contract and the time required on our side to setup and maintain, so contact us with your contract proposal for us to give you a quote or chat with us if you need any help with your problems.

• ** Market Maker Services:** We provide consulting and services to act as a market maker for new IPO issued assets that would like to enter the stellar.org market.  We only provide limited liquidity to start with public markets and yourself as the main liquidity start backers. We also provide the resources to add your assets price history records to be available and streamed for the world to see (at an additional cost). We have just begun our new service of listing pubic assets for sale on the built in stellar.org network exchange.  These public listings are much like what you would expect to see in a stock market exchange or currency exchange.  The listings include data for bid ask prices and historic price charts. We can list any asset on the stellar.org network including equities, currencies, commodities, bonds, derivatives contracts and other assets.  We not only provide consulting on setting up the asset for trade in the stellar.org network but also provide historic trade price graphs with volume, tables of presently listed assets and there present bid ask prices. We also provide an API interface to our listing data for those that want to create embedded ticker windows on their websites or automated trading systems that use the data.

The Funtracker.site wallet is a full feature wallet that is not always needed for what and how you plan to spend and receive your funtracker.site bank money.  There are some much easier to operate wallets that don't have as many  features that we are still very proud to endorse and recommend to our customers as software or websites you can also trust to safely move funds and do transactions with on your assets in our bank.  We will also add to this list as we find and audit more new software that are being created every day.  here's the list:

** Centaurus Stellar Wallet**: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=de.xcoins.centaurus&hl=en 
This is by far my favorite android wallet app due to it's simplicity and it's clean and simple user interface.  It also sports some cool advanced features including QR-code support for sending funds and importing keys. It is also the first wallet that supported multi assets with a very easy to use interface.  The code is also open sourced and I have personally audited the code base myself.

** Lupoex Exchange **: https://lupoex.com
This has to be the new best trading platform on stellar.org by far.  It has the best user interface for trading with full history graphs that include volume.  It not only works as a trading platform but also as a wallet.  I only wish it was open source at some point so we could audit it and play with the code.  But other than that I love it and I'm sure you will too.

** StellarTerm funtracker branch **: https://www.funtracker.site/stellarterm/
This is our own funtracker.site branch of the popular stellarterm trading platform.  Our version has only a small number of changes to support remote signing and we personally audited this copy to be safe (so is the original).  We now upgraded our branch to include the changes made in the original stellarterm that adds historic price graphs.  Our version also tried to fix the problem with limited history graph points but that bug is not really fixed yet in ours or the original stellarterm yet.

This is the present released version of the real stellarterm that now also has historic price graphs.

** Multisig Coordinator **: https://www.funtracker.site/multisig/
This is not really a wallet but what I find interesting as a multi signature tool to allow transactions and accounts to be setup with multiple signers.  This is our branch of the open source project with a few bugs fixed and a few things added.  we also did a full audit on the code to make us happy.

** Ecliptic web app**:  https://www.ecliptic.co  This was the first trading platform that really worked on the stellar.org network.  I'm not even sure I can qualify this as just a wallet but that what it is with the added feature of being able to trade assets with a very intuitive user interface much like we are used to trading with in the stock market or currency exchanges.  I can tell you it blows away the funtracker.site for trading that's for sure.  On the negative side you can't import an account you already have into it but you can export the secret key generated within it, out of it to use the generated account in other wallets and to backup the key. The developer @sb is also available most the time on https://stellar-public.slack.com/messages/@sb/ in the event you have any questions about it.   

** Lobstr IOS app:** https://lobstr.co/download/ios/ For those that have Iphones this or (so I am told) is what your looking for in a stellar wallet app.  I have not really used or tested this app out, but my close friends that have, seem to be very happy with it. To get a preview see the video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SDIZjKav84g.  On the negative side the code is not open source so we can't even think about auditing the code base.  But they have been around quite some time with no major problems that I know of. Last I heard this will only transact in XLM so not sure what good this is with an anchor you can NOT send any fiat or any other funds like THB, USD, BTC...

** Stellar account-viewer:** https://www.stellar.org/account-viewer/ just a basic send receive webapp provided by https://stellar.org. The webapp has minimal features in that I think it will only send and receive XLM last I played with it at least, but it can be trusted I assure you.

** Stellar.org Lab:** https://www.stellar.org/laboratory/#account-creator?network=public
This is not really a wallet but a research tool that we also use to perform some advanced transaction functions and to use as a reference that our data and systems are correct at times. Most normal customers won't find this useful but for auditors, researchers and others might make use of it and find it very educational.

=== Responsibilities Being a funtracker.site Bank Agent ===

Being a funtracker.site Bank Agent or affiliate is very flexible.  You setup you own hours of operation and decide what parts of the services we provide that you want to be involved in.  We don't force you to be a part of anything you don't want to be.  Yet we leave open to you to become involved in everything and even more than we are already.

**Requirements:**

• Ability to help or teach a customer how to move his/her asset through your gateway from stellar.org network to fiat banks.

• Understand the operations of the software tools and websites needed to perform the tasks your branch has signed up to perform.

• Taken the needed training in the manager training course to perform you planed tasks.

• Operate at the windows of time you sign up for and be responsive within those time windows.

• You must have reliable Internet connectivity during your hours of operation and a reliable way of being contacted within that window of time. 

• You must be able fluidly speak or chat in English and should also have needed language skills for your locally supported location country.

• Finally you will need some start up funding in the asset you wish to deal in.  If we already deal in it you can just buy some off the stellar open market and start dealing it.  If we don't already deal in it it then we require a deposit from you in a crypto asset of XLM or BTC.  We then issue you the new asset that you then can distribute and trade.

As customers move money through your gateway branch you will be receiving most (all in the beginning)  of the fees we or you charge to perform the service of gateway or moving funds from the stellar network onto your local banking system.  For the first few months of your branches opening Funtracker.site Bank waives all percentage of the fees that you collect to help you get started and for you and us to see if your branch is a good fit with the franchise.

After your branch is operational for a few months Funtracker.site Franchise will begin to charge a very small percentage of 5%  (open to change) of what your branch collects as fees over a one month period (paid monthly).   This fee is open to change at any time depending on what the board of directors of funtracker.site decides in there quarterly meetings.

Your branch can also participate in being on the funtracker.site board of directors (have voting rights) by  purchasing shares in funtracker.site that is sold over the stellar network under the symbol “FUNT” under our own trusted funtracker.site issuing account. Funtracker.site Bank is a bank like no other and requires special training to learn the new technologies involved in this new era of trade and commerce.   Funtracker.site Bank utilizes technology that has yet never been seen in the world before.  We are working to create training videos and also work direct over our chat channels that also provide screen sharing capabilities for us to demonstrate the tools we use to make funtracker.site branches operate smoothly and securely,  And teach with instant feedback from the students so that we can adjust the content of what we teach depending on your present knowledge base.

We do have to reserve the right that if we feel your selected manager for your bank branch can not learn what we teach them in a timely manner that we may ask that you find another candidate for you branch manager.  A funtracker.site manager candidate that you should be looking for to help run your branch is expected to  have some basic skills to start.  These skills include totally fluid in speaking English as this is the international language of business and we are a multi national corporation that expects at least that.  Your branch manager should be some what computer savvy in how to setup simple application and have basic typing skills.  It would be advisable for your manager to also have some system admin skills to help keep your branches computer system secure.

We encourage the use of Linux as your system consoles for your tellers  as Linux are much more secure than windows but if you choose windows as your teller consoles then your manager best be proficient as an admin in the version of windows that you plan to be using at your branch.  If Linux is to be used at your branch  then your manager should have some proficiency in Linux administration.  But once your branch computer systems are  setup most of these task of system admin will be a minimal amount of your managers duties.  a manager should be able to glance at reports that tell him all is well and his portable phone will also be signaled by ether the Funtracker.site Franchise or your local computer system in the event of a problem or security issue being detected.  Your manager candidate should have basic knowledge of how to setup and manage a standard bank account over there Internet interface and your group should have faith and trust that he will perform without doing any fraudulent activity using your groups accounts.  Your manager should know or be able to learn how your standard bank account branch is used to setup wire transfers, ACH transfers, verify cash deposits and deposits from all channels you have setup on your standard bank to accept deposits and to make withdraws. These transactions need to be made all using whatever Internet site your standard bank account uses.  If you plan to deal in multi currency through your standard bank your manager should also know how to handle those accounts as well.

We advise as your bank grows that the accounts have limits on even your managers authority in the event of big money transfers you should require a backup executive signature from one or several of your group members in your branch.  It is your branches group responsibility to keep your branch secure from within and without.  Beyond that your manager candidate should at least be able to do simple math but not much more than add and subtract is needed.  Just basic accounting skills that most people that can balance a check book should be good enuf.

We the franchise provide the first few training lessons for free but if your candidates leaning curve is slow then you will have to be charged for any added training as we provide highly skilled highly paid professionals to teach you that don't come cheap for us and we can't afford to waist our instructors time and our money when we can be spending it on more qualified candidates.

We highly encourage your student manager to ask as many questions as possible, no question is considered a dumb question.  In fact asking no questions is considers completely stupid.  We take the lack of students asking questions as a sign of them having absolutely no understanding at all in the material. At any random point in time we may ask your student a hypothetical situation and see how he/she answers it to verify there basic understanding.

At some point we will inform your group that we feel your manager is ready to start at least with a limited training account with limited assets under his/her control.  At that point we will monitor and keep in contact with your manager and he should feel free to contact us with any questions on our private channels of communications to rectify problems that he/she has yet to learn.

Anyone can become a Micro Bank branch of Funtracker.site Bank.  All that is needed to become a Micro Bank Branch is an android phone or computer to be your bank terminal. Micro Branches can provide the services of cash deposits, cash withdraws, currency exchange and most anything you can do at any branch of Funtracker.site Bank.  The Micro Branch has the options as to what services they provide at any time, so contact them to verify they have what is needed via https://chat.funtracker.site first if not noted in there map popup info seen on our map.

You don't even need a location for your Micro Bank Branch as you can set https://www.funtracker.site/map.html to track your location and mark you as being presently active as an open for business agent for Funtracker.site Bank.

You can optionally also setup a static (Green icons on map) bank branch that could be just another part of your normal shop if you happen to run one.  You can set your own fee rates and exchange rates and make as little or as much money in exchange as you want.  The fee rates and exchange rates a branch charges would only be controlled by supply and demand in the region that the branch is operating on and the assets that they have to distribute or exchange. So it be best that as a customer that you check several branches close by to find competitive prices. The pop-up on the https://www.funtracker.site/map.html map if clicked will display info about your bank branch including your present exchange rates and your https://chat.funtracker.site direct contact info so that a customers can even ask you questions or setup the transaction even before they get to your branch location.

===== BTC Insurance Bonding Fund in place of FDIC Insurance=====
People have been asking, “how can we be sure that our fiat assets held in Funtracker.site Bank assets are safe?”.   We are a very small and a completely unknown entity so we can’t expect many people to trust us from the start with much of there money and assets. 

To provide assurance we plan to setup a multi-signed asset block of BTC (Bitcoins) that will be locked with the signatures of a group of 10 or more trusted people in the stellar community.  With this we hope to provide something like what FDIC provides on USA banks when they fail.  We plan to start with 100% of the value of what we have issued as assets on the stellar network kept in these multi signed BTC accounts.  In the event of failure of Funtracker.site bank or any of it’s franchises for whatever reason not being able to make due the held assets of it’s holders,  The group of signers will be responsible for distributing the locked BTC asset over the listed holders of funtracker.site assets holders for the approximate value of BTC that they hold in the failed Funtracker.site Bank stellar assets.

The asset holders of Funtracker.site Bank are of public record on the stellar.org network so can never be lost or corrupted.

Also to prevent unlimited amounts of funtracker.site bank assets from be issued, the same group of signers will also be responsible for signing and locking the issuing account to prevent the issuing of any more assets valued at any more than the present value of the BTC insurance bond.  This in theory will make funtracker.site bank one of the most secure and transparent banks in the world.

We plan at times to setup different locked BTC accounts for different assets that we end up distributing.  In these cases with new issuer address, the issuer account will also be locked with multi-sig by the top 10 - 20 major holders of the initial distribution of the asset on the stellar.org network to be sure that no more than what was originally locked in BTC value is also locked in the stellar.org networks distribution.  In these cases these BTC accounts are setup much like LLC (limited liability companies) that are only responsible for failures on this asset. 

Over time the BTC insurance bond accounts may need to be adjusted in size as the demand for funtracker.site depositors gets bigger or smaller and as the value of the distributed assets change value in the markets.  At some periodic period of quarterly or biyearly the group of signers may be required to sign off on the transaction of whatever change is required in the number off issued assets or BTC account withdraws or deposits with verification of issued assets being destroyed or created in the stellar.org network distributions.

We are looking for help in nominating people that would volunteers to become a part of the multi signer group.  It will be a group of 10 people with at least 7 of the 10 required to sign for any changes in the BTC deposit and stellar issuer asset distribution stock.  We are also looking for ideas as to how to manage such a task and any other logistics that we may have failed to consider when we wrote this.  

We are not sure when or even if this idea will become a reality for Funtracker.site Bank or even if it is feasible.  In the future we may find that 100% backing is not required. that some smaller percentage could be enough if the assets become spread out over many franchise points that would not be directly connected but share in the same insurance bond polls.  It may be a requirement for any newly added franchise to fund the insurance bond account with 100% of what it is issued in stellar assets for some period of time of 1 to 3 years to provide some time to gain trust and also continue to help build on the insurance bond funds that may be needed for future expansion.

Why did we pick Bitcoins as the insurance bond asset to insure your fiat currency distribution you might be asking?  We feel Bitcoin is one of the few assets that governments can't control or cease and without cost be held in a very safe place secured by a group of signers with distributed trust.  It also has the most liquidity of the present crypto currencies available.

For other crypto currency that we will be distributing we will have separate bonds for each like we have already setup for http://stellereum.com/ issued ETH Etherium in our ETH bond fund (see details bellow this).

To better secure the Funtracker.site Bank Franchise and to build trust between other funtracker.site branches and customers, Funtracker.site works on a method of total transparency.

Just as all issues and asset transactions on the stellar.org network can be seen by the whole world, we keep this transparency open all the way to the account balances of our branches attached fiat currency bank accounts (example Bank of America balance) to verify that the same amount that the branch has issued on the https://stellar.org network matches or is no more than that of what is seen in the branches bank accounts and books.

 This is done in a safe way with software that runs at each branch as a read only event that is a program that runs on each branches private site that they are the only ones that have the password to access there branches attached bank accounts.  The application logs into the branches local bank account using whatever api their bank is setup to support. It then checks the balance of the account and returns this balance to a group that we the franchise select to allow to see.

 If the branch is set to minimal transparency, the balance will only be seen by other branches of funtracker.site. At the discretion of your branch manager you can set the balance to also be seen by all active customers of Funtracker.site Bank or even the world if you so choose.

 The software source code that is run to perform the real time audit in this manner is public and open source for review by anyone to verify that there is no security issues with the program. We welcome and encourage branches to hire software auditors to check the code for them before they begin running it to verify that maybe even we missed something.  At final acceptance of the branch running the code, we the Funtracker.site Bank Franchise will also require checks of the running apps SHA1 hash to verify that the branch has not tampered with the code to send us bad data. The franchise will also perform very small random deposits and withdraws from all branches at random intervals to verify that the automated bank account auditor is fully functional at all times.

 All branches will also run tripwire that is an open source app for servers that monitors changes in critical files on the system that will respond if triggered to not only your manager but to the franchise technical department that monitors all systems alarms 24/7 365 days a year. The franchise technical department also monitors all branch server up time and will alarm if any server goes off-line for any amount of time. All events are recorded and feedback is given to the branch manager and all else on the list to be notified.

Note this transparency is only setup on full service bank branches, not micro bank branches that have no real bank account attachments. Micro Branches deal mostly in cash and through assets held in full service funtracker.site bank branches.

== What are the advantages of trading on stellar.org network ==
This method of using stellar.org net as our point of sale for our equity asset has a few advantages for you as stock holders and us in the fact that it costs us and anyone else who buys, sells and trades them almost nothing in fee's to transact of any kind. In fact we plan to include in direct purchases of funtracker.site equities of more than 100 shares with at least 31 XLM Lumens to allow you 100,000's of free trades of your assets without any costs to you.

 Stellar asset transactions are fully uncentralized and unregulated by any governments and all transaction are also transparent so can be seen by all. This transparency seen in the funtracker.site equity distribution will also be reflected in all other transactions done from within our Funtracker.site Foundation. This will make it easy to audit as all that is needed is for our bank accounts and asset holdings to be shown to match the funds obtained from what is seen in issued assets on the stellar network that can be seen by the world.

== FUNT equity distribution ==
 We have issued 10M shares of which 200,000 equity shares will slowly be sold on the stellar market in about 100 - 1000 share blocks at a time in incremental periods, to be sold for 40 baht each (about $1.32USD per share at time of this post) or equivalent value in other assets. 5M shares will be given to the founder and CEO of funtracker.site Scott Carlson with restriction he can not sell any of his shares on the open market for at least 4 years (Aug 2020) or unless a vote of the board of directors not counting Scott Carlson's voting shares allow him to do so.

== What does the proceeds of raised funds and remaining shares pay for? ==
4.8M remaining shares will remain in the possession of Funtracker.site Foundation to later be issued and sold onto the open market to collect cash funds if needed over time to continue and maintain operational capital needed to pay for expenses incurred by funtracker.site cost of operation. These additional equity sales will be determined by votes made by stock holders using there issued shares voting power. The money obtained from the sale of shares will be used to continue development and maintain Funtracker.site and it's software base that is also open sourced and public for all the world to see and use. Part of the assets will also go toward the payment of server costs of our VPS systems needed to serve the web sites and any permits, taxes, rent, legal penalties and other fees incurred by funtracker.site organization over time that are not covered by profits earned. The money will also be used to hire contracted programmers and engineers to help solve some of the problems our staff and volunteers can't handle and to expedite things we want to have changed and improved in less time. Also 10% of the 200,000 liquid shares that end up sold that are to be maintained in cash in thai baht in our Thailand bank accounts and some in XLM, BTC, ETH and other assets will be used to help keep liquid and stable the value of the outstanding floating funtracker.site FUNT shares and our other traded assets.

== Where assets are stored ==
Funtracker.site Bank will hold it's liquid assets in Bitcoin, ETH, XLM and other assorted crypto currency and other crypto assets, but no more than %95 of it's total liquid asset base to aid in transactions that require it and to provide a safe place out of reach of governmental control. 5% to X% of the remaining assets will be held in our local Thailand banks and later USA banks in THB and USD and also held in other assets distributed on the stellar.org network be it fiat currency or other in nature as part of our market maker program. 

== FUNT agreement of share liquidity ==
Funtracker.site agrees to buy back any outstanding issued shares at a price of at no less then -10% less than the original ICO price of 40 baht, or about 36 baht (90 cents on the dollar of the original ICO sales price) of up to a limit of 10% of our total liquid bank assets of whatever we have liquid in our Thailand bank accounts and crypto holdings less what has already been spent on research and development and operational expenses over time on the books.

Funtracker.site Bank will then put The bought back assets back up for sale in the floating market at our standard profit margin above last known selling price of the asset. This should also provide some stability on the upside price of the Funtracker.site Bank asset. This in hopes will also make the FUNT equity asset a more stable priced commodity that can be used in the trade of other assets or goods and services over time as it becomes more trusted.

The holding of equity shares in Funtracker.site Bank also provides the holder with the right to votes on the board of directors of funtracker.site to make decisions as to what changes we as the group of owners would like to make on the site and how the present available assets are to be used. That's easy. That is how much a single 320mL can of my favorite Thailand beer Leo's is sold for here at the beach of Pattaya.  I expect we will use the shares as a direct currency to account for who buys the next beer and to keep track of who bought the last one.  This will also track over time how the shares in funtracker.site compare to the inflation rate of the cost of beer and other currency rates.  I plan to never sell any of my shares I hold for any less than a Leo beer to try to keep with inflation and to compare with other currency/asset rates and how they are effected by inflation.
